Policies:
WELCOME TO EPICENTRUM SUITES & FRESH
Reception hours. : 9am – 6pm. Quiet hours: 10pm – 9am. Swimming pool hours: 11am – 7:30pm. Pool bar hours: 10:30am – 10:30pm. Any kind of transaction is paid at the bar.
Arrival time: after 3pm – Departure time: until 11am. The key-card has to be returned to the reception.
Breakfast is served between 8am – 10am . It is free to registered guests only. Visitors should pay 12e/person at the reception desk if desire breakfast.
You should settle your payments on first day of your arrival. In case of any payment balance (room, pool bar),it it should be paid at least the day before the departure.
The hotel has entered a sustainability Programme so as to protect the environment.
In order to achieve this :
a . It is not allowed during your absence to leave the key-card into the slot.
b . The air conditioners function only during your stay in the room and with the balcony doors closed.
c . House keeping is provided daily between 9am – 3 pm. Bed linen and towels are exchanged for fresh ones every 3 days unless is needed. If housekeeping is unable to tidy up a bed due to personal items left on it, a note will be left. Guests are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. It is suggested not exhibiting them in common view. A safe box is kept in each room .

Damage to mattresses , linen and towels , blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make up ,sun cream ,hair colors etc will result in a charge of their replacement (at the check out)as such stains can’t be cleared 100% and be back to their previous status.
The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the hotel’s equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors.
When leaving the room ,guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. Second key-card is given up on request and loss of a room key-card is subject to an extra charge of 5 euros.
Smoking in hotel rooms ,corridors ,staircase ,reception hall and general inside the buildings is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Children are not allowed in the Pool area without being accompanied and supervised by their parents /guardians
Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of “OUT” if required for reasonable purposes such as emergency or verify the condition of the room.
You should be aware of and follow the “Swimming pool Policy” which is located in the swimming pool area.
Respecting our neighbors ,means respecting ourselves. Any kind of unnecessary noise should be avoided.
